Tickitto AI Limited is based in the United Kingdom and is therefore subject to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). All our data is managed and processed on servers in the UK / EU abiding by these regulations.

The type of personal information we collect

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

We do not collect information about you from any third party.

Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal information for 5 years from the point at which an account becomes dormant. While your account with us is active we will keep data in order to provide the services we offer. We will then dispose of your information by erasing the electronic records in a way that ensures the data is not retrievable or readable in the future.
